Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine combines R&B, soul gospel, and jazz into his signature style. Sunshine has appeared on Broadway and in the Democratic National Convention and in clubs and festivals throughout Europe. Sunshine is Denise White. Even though she lives in Atlanta at present, Sunshine comes born in Chester Pennsylvania. In Chester Pennsylvania she first began her journey as a musician, playing and singing at the church in town. Her musical career began in Atlanta at Spellman College. The Fighting Temptations The single featuring her voice,"Stalk You a House 12, was only released in Japan. It has been remixed several times, and has become a staple of her live shows. Additionally, she was a part of The Fighting Temptations soundtrack. In 2005 she was hired to be the main keyboardist for Tyler Perry's stage play Meet the Browns. Jennifer Holliday (a Grammy and Tony Award-winning performer) offered her the position of choral conductor of Dreamgirls in Atlanta for the National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine was noticed by America during the four performances per day at the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Sunshine followed up with being invited to sing for the President Barack Obama at his inauguration.
